I’ve been working with Missy a lot in the last couple of weeks so between that and work, time to work on other things has been scarce. However, I finished a new chapter of The Imposter today and I’m working overnight tonight and tomorrow so if I can keep myself off of Netflix (seriously, too much Cheers), I should have time to work on more of my solo stuff. Anyway… here’s the new chapter for you. Happy reading!
Right so for those of you who are still out there and haven’t figured it out yet, I am an idea machine. Just ask Missy and Wifey. Believe me, they get texts, chats, emails and random chapters from me all the time. If I started posting every time I had an idea I’d have way more unfinished work here than I already have. I’ve been trying really hard not to post things until they’re either finished or at least two thirds of the way through the writing process but screw it. If you’re the kind of person who wants to power through a story all in one go, I recommend not starting this. I’m planning to work on it regularly, along with another project I have in mind that will feature canon characters but for now you get this one.
When I told Wifey about it I was a little worried about the law enforcement stuff because I’m not a cop, FBI agent or lawyer but she reminded me that these stories stem from characters who are originally a telepathic fairy and a Viking vampire, so peeps could just cool their balls. I’m paraphrasing but that was the sentiment.
That said, when you read this, please keep those things in mind. It’s a story meant to be fun and not full of technicalities. I do my best to keep it realistic but I’m no expert and never claim to be. So without further ado, I give you…

If you’d rather just dive right in, that’s okay too. I hope you’re not disappointed.
